Liberty will host its annual Spring Football Game on Saturday at Williams Stadium. The intra-squad scrimmage starts at Noon and is free of charge and open to the public.

The Flames will continue to use a unique scoring system during the scrimmage portion of Saturday's spring practice, one that charts the success of both the offense and defense. The complete scoring system is listed below.

For the fifth year in a row, Liberty Athletics will hold an Athletics Yard Sale prior to the start of the annual Spring Football Game. The yard sale will feature new and used authentic Liberty Athletics apparel. The sale will also include some worn game day jerseys and equipment, plus brand new Nike shoes. The yard sale is open to Flames Club members starting

The yard sale will be located under the Williams Stadium Tower concourse, near the North entrance to the facility. The yard sale will open to Flames Club members at 9:30 a.m., while the general public will have access to the yard sale starting at 10:30 a.m.

Additionally, the Flames Club will hold a Spring Football Game tailgating event in the Club Pavilion of the Williams Stadium Tower (third floor). The tailgate-style meal is for all Flames Club members and those interested in joining the booster club.

During "halftime" of Saturday's Spring Football Game, the football team will name its Luke 2:52 award winner (Whole Person Development) and Samkon Gado award winners (most improved offensive, defensive and special teams players of the spring).

Following the Spring Football Game, fans will be allowed on the field, where Liberty's football coaches and players will be available to sign autographs. The autograph session will take place in the North end zone (closest to the Football Operations Center). 2017 football schedule posters will be available during the autograph session.
