Following a road contest at SMU last week, the Flames return home to host FCS national runner-up and No. 3/4 Jacksonville State on Saturday night at Williams Stadium.

Jacksonville State enters the game with a 2-1 record and is coming off a 27-26 home victory over No. 17 Coastal Carolina, last week. The Gamecock's high-powered offense is led by redshirt senior quarterback Eli Jenkins, one of 22 players who were named to the STATS FCS National Offensive Player of the Year Award preseason watch list.
