Liberty Athletics debuted a new feature at its home baseball games during the 2016 season, allowing fans to watch contests from the Flame Train caboose over the right field fence.
The Flame Train caboose adds to the growing tradition that surrounds a home baseball game at Liberty Baseball Stadium. Last year, StadiumJourney.com ranked the home of Liberty baseball as the No. 4 stadium in the country, based upon its facility and game day experience.
During today's interview between LFSN reporter Alan York and Flames Athletics Director of Sales Ryan Kindt, the pair discuss the success Liberty Athletics had with the Flame Train caboose during the season.
The Flame Train caboose opened midway through the 2016 season, allowing around 25 fans to experience a "suite" like atmosphere for a home baseball game.
Fans interested in watching a Liberty baseball game from a unique angle during the 2017 season are encouraged to reach out to Kindt for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org.
