Following Head Coach Turner Gill's postgame press conference on Saturday, several of Liberty's players met with the local media to discuss their performance during spring workouts.

Stephon Masha found Zac Parker for a 20-yard touchdown pass on the final play of Liberty's annual spring football game, last Saturday, sealing a 57-46 victory for the offensive unit on a sun-drenched day at Williams Stadium.

Liberty's coaching staff continued to utilize its unique spring game scoring format, which rewards Liberty's offensive and defensive units for a variety of situations.

Unofficially, Masha completed 12-of-18 passes for 124 yards and a touchdown on the afternoon. Bo Swanson was 2-of-3 passing for 49 yards and an interception, while freshman Rudiger Yearick ended up 1-of-4 for five yards.

Dante' Shells was the Flames' most frequent target, hauling in five passes for 40 yards. Kyle Carrington (three catches, 24 yards), Farrow (two catches, 58 yards), Parker (two catches, 31 yards, one TD) and Denvre Daniels (two catches, 11 yards) also pulled in multiple passes.

Todd Macon tallied 19 yards and a score on his six carries, while Carrington Mosley's four carries went for 29 yards and a touchdown. Frankie Hickson (three carries, 11 yards) and Daniels (two carries, seven yards) saw considerable work in the backfield as well.

Alpha Jalloh's interception accounted for the game's lone turnover, while Tolen Avery, Solomon McGinty and Juwan Wells tallied the defense's trio of sacks.
