Live Results Live Video Day 2 Recap The Liberty swimming & diving team enters day three on Friday at the 2016 CCSA Swimming and Diving Championships in second place, with 468 points. On day two, the Lady Flames recorded four podium finishes (one relay, three individual), 12 lifetime bests and two NCAA B cuts. Friday's morning program features preliminary heats of the 400 individual medley, 100 butterfly, 200 freestyle, 100 breaststroke and 100 backstroke. The top 24 preliminary times in each event will qualify for tonight's finals. There will also be "B" heats of the 400 medley relay this morning.
At 1 p.m., will be preliminary rounds for the women's one-meter springboard diving. The Lady Flames will be represented on the diving boards by Brooke Fox, Courtney Fox and Madi Long. Today's action will feature pool-side, live blog coverage as the Lady Flames compete in Athens. Look for coverage to begin shortly before the 10 a.m. prelims start with an interactive blog, where all are invited to interact with questions and comments.
