Liberty second baseman Kenneth Negron and designated hitter Tim Nanry were named to the Big South all-conference first team, while third baseman David Giammaresi, relief pitcher Tim John and outfielder Garrett Young received second-team honors, the league announced this evening before Game 2 of the 2007 Big South Championship. Giammaresi also was selected to the conference's all-academic team.
