4/2024 – Please view our LU Finance Official FY24 EOY Guidance. Procurement is here to help, and we are happy to work with each of you to accomplish your goals.
4/2024 – New P-Cards are being issued to all current cardholders. Be sure you’ve completed the PDFN221 course with a 100%, and completed all reconciliations in Infor as well as any approvals you are responsible for. Once complete, you will be eligible to bring your current card with you to trade it in for the new and improved card. It will have a new number, expiration, and CVV – you will need to activate it to use. No worries on how to reconcile the new charges, they will still come via Infor, and you’ll continue that as you have been. Please reference our New P-Card Pickup FAQ page for any further questions – and of course, we’re available via email at pcard@liberty.edu.
