Setting up your BB&T P-Card Online Account
Do you have an online account with your personal bank? Know how convenient it is? Well, you can set up the same kind of account with your P-Card through BB&T’s Credit Card Connection (CCC). Once you establish an account, you will be able to:
- view posted and pending transactions in real time, before they are loaded into Rapid Recon,
- view the balance of your monthly credit limit,
- view monthly statements,
- search for transactions, and
- view spending reports based on vendor name or type.
To set up your P-Card account, visit https://www.bbtcreditcardconnection.com/ and click the “Enroll Now!” link. You will be asked several questions necessary to create your account. For assistance in setting up your account, please refer to the instructions below, BB&T Online Account Tutorial
Please note: When you are asked for Cardholder Name, enter the entire text exactly as listed on the second line embossed on your P-Card. For most Cardholders, this comprises their Organization code, first name, and last name (ex: H1070 JOE SMITH). If the name is not entered precisely as it is listed on the card, Credit Card Connection will not recognize the card.)
Following the initial set up, you can access your account by returning to https://www.bbtcreditcardconnection.com/ and entering your username. Should you need to reset your password or security questions/answers, please contact BB&T’s Customer Service Line at 1-800-397-1253.
While navigating through the site features, you may notice the option to “Dispute” a transaction. Please do not report disputes in the manner – always contact the P-Card Office first. The P-Card Office will perform all the work necessary to dispute transactions and provide you with further direction.
