Our mission: manage your renovation request from start to finish.
We have several teams of talented professionals that design, build and manage various types of renovation requests for the university. Our teams always strive to deliver quality service, provide clear and concise communication, uphold university standards, and be good stewards of all university resources.
NOTE: Our electronic PIF system was upgraded on 11/15/2021 and now incorporates the electronic Budget Adjustment Tool (BAT). Paper RFBA’s are no longer accepted for funding of Projects. For more details, please review our Project Process page or review this brief powerpoint.
Have a renovation request? Use our electronic Project Inquiry Form. (This is only for staff/faculty of Liberty University, LCA or TRBC . Students and student workers cannot submit a renovation request.)
