Applicants must submit an official transcript indicating a conferred Doctor of Education or conferred Doctor of Philosophy in Education degree program from an institution accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
This is a non-licensure program.

- All non-dissertation coursework must be completed before starting EDDR 980/981.
- Starting with EDDR 980/981, candidates must continuously enroll in dissertation coursework until the final defense. Candidates who break enrollment will be required to re-apply.
- EDDR 987, 988, and 989 may be taken once each.
