Biography

Dr. Griffin is an Assistant Professor at Liberty University and serves as the Chair of Secondary Education. She has more than 20 years of experience in K12 education beginning as a classroom teacher and eventually serving as a high school assistant principal and member of the Senior Leadership Team where she led various projects and initiatives. Pam also managed the family farm and served her community on the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Advisory Board as president. Her love for agriculture and the classroom culminated in the development of an “agri-cational” venture serving her local community. Today, Pam enjoys supporting her students both residential and online and seeks to build relationships and provide real-world context to her students.
