David Baggett came to Liberty in 2006, where he has served in the School of Divinity, College of Arts and Sciences, and the College of General Studies. He earned his B.A. in philosophy from the University of Michigan (Dearborn) in 1988, his M.Div. from Asbury Theological Seminary in 1992, and his doctorate in philosophy from Wayne State in 2002. Before coming to Liberty, he taught for four years at Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He’s authored or edited over a dozen books, including “The Morals of the Story: Good News about a Good God,” (IVP Academic, 2018) which he co-authored with his wife.
