As one of the Club Sports Assistant Athletic Directors Kaycee responsible for the oversight and performance of recruitment, alumni relations, special events, summer programming, professional development via StrengthsQuest, employee on boarding curriculum, athletic event scheduling, customer service, administrative reporting, and website content for Club Sports and the LaHaye Ice Center. Additionally, she serves as a team liaison for 4 teams and serve on the staff appreciation committee.

Kaycee manages 30 employees and oversees recruitment, alumni relations, special events, summer camp programming, professional development, StrengthsQuest workshops, team liaisons, athletic events scheduling, customer service, administrative reporting, staff appreciation initiatives, Liberty University/Club Sports events for the Virginia Commonwealth Games, and website content for Club Sports and the LaHaye Ice Center.

Since joining Club Sports Kaycee and her team have managed:

• The annual recruitment of 180 student athletes to Liberty University & Club Sports.
• Organized new alumni relations and donation initiatives for 1,700+ alumni
• Increased LaHaye Ice Center customer service employee retention rates
• Practice & competition schedules for 42+ teams and their home event needs
• Implemented and rolled out a brand-new Club Sports Website
• Planned over 90 special events yearly which is an increase of 82% overall.
• Planned annual banquets for 600+ student athletes and 250+ youth during summer camp programming.
• Initiated, organized, and operated all Club Sports events for the Virginia Commonwealth Games & State Games of America at Liberty University for the last 6 years.

The Scheduling & External Relations Department continually strives for excellence at Liberty University and Club Sports by developing interest in sports, promoting growth, maintaining alumni relationships, assisting coaches with their scheduling needs, ensuring web content accuracy, and providing student-athlete opportunities for all.
