Coach Kilian is a graduate of Liberty’s undergraduate Exercise Science Program.  He then earned a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Virginia.  He currently works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Professions at Liberty, while volunteering his time to work with the Men’s Lacrosse team.

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Coach Kilian is able to assist Coach Glauser in the planning and implementation of the athletes’ strength and conditioning programs.  Other responsibilities with the team also include doing position-specific training with the goalies.

Coach Kilian lives in Lynchburg with his wife, Nina and their son, Micah.
