
Heather is a former Professional Triathlete who enjoyed a storied career on the triathlon world stage for well over a decade. She is a 5x Ironman Champion, 37 time Ironman Finisher, former Age Group National Champion, multi time member of Team USA and winner of over 200 multisport events.
Heather is a motivational speaker and is also one of the foremost authorities on “Mental Training” for sport. Her book TriathleteEQ (www.triathleteq.com) addresses the fact that endurance sports are as much a test of your emotional endurance ability as they are a test of your physical ability.
Heather has been actively coaching athletes for over 20 years. Her vast experience racing as a professional athlete has helped her successfully coach over 100 Ironman athletes to cross the finish line. Heather has gained a wealth of experience racing on an elite level that she loves to share with her athletes.

A native of Milwaukee Wisconsin, Heather is married to Todd and they are proud that all three of their children currently attend Liberty University.
