
Angela oversees the administration of sports medicine services for all club sports teams. She organizes the daily operations of the athletic training clinic while supervising athletic training students. Additionally, Angela works with the Risk Management Department regarding safety and liability while processing insurance claims for athletic related injuries. Further, she provides oversight of the Sports Performance division of Club Sports to aid in the prevention of athletic injuries. Witt also serves as the Senior Women’s Administrator representing and overseeing our female athletes, coaches and staff.
Liberty’s Club Sport Athletic Training staff is certified by the National Athletic Trainer’s Association and Licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine in order to evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate athletic injuries. She and her staff strive to provide their club sports athletes with the best medical care possible to ensure peak performance during practices and competitions. They work closely with their team physicians in order to give our athletes the best chance for full and complete recovery from athletic injuries.
