Interested in joining the Club Sports Dance Team? While college-level skills are essential to making our competitive dance team, there is also an expectation of collegiate game day presence/stage presence, sportsmanship, pom technique, and being coachable in the style of hip hop. Our dance team practices at least 15 hours each week and performs at public appearances, varying from meeting fans at events, participating in various community events, and showing spirit at games, while consistently representing kindness and the light of love throughout the year.
Additionally, Liberty University dancers are not just dancers but are dedicated student-athletes and positive ambassadors for the university. Therefore, the athlete must conduct herself with professionalism, and act as a role model for others. The athlete must also demonstrate discipline, commitment, grit, hard work, and the ability to work as part of this team and conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with integrity and respect.
