Letter to Parents

Dear Liberty University Family,

Welcome to Parent and Family Connections! From the first days of Welcome Week to the day you celebrate Graduation, we help you connect to the Liberty University community. We are with you and your student through the journey!

Parent and Family Connections encourages parent input, interest, and involvement in many areas of campus life. Our mission is to help inform parents of activities, events, and programs that affect the lives and success of their students. We use Facebook to promote communication about the campus via LibertyUFamily.

At the beginning of each semester, we provide information and resources to help you and your student transition to their college experience at Liberty University. Throughout the semester, we provide monthly newsletters that highlight different departments on campus. In addition to regular Facebook communication, we organize our main event of the fall, our Family Weekend, which is filled with family-friendly activities to experience together on campus. The office does all of this to develop and strengthen the relationship between the University and the parents and families of Liberty students.

We hope you find this website helpful and that you sense, through all aspects of Parent and Family Connections, a closer connection to life at Liberty University. We welcome your input and feedback as we plan events and services specifically designed for you.
