Brett started playing lacrosse freshman year in high school.  In his senior year at Shenendehowa H.S. in Clifton Park, NY he received scholar athlete honors and was named 1st Team All-Star as a Midfielder.  He was also a NY State Section II 1st Team All-Star Hockey goalie.  Brett started his college campaign at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY where he was a member of the NCAA D1 Lacrosse Team.  As a freshman he scored 6 goals and 2 assists, and memorable playing moments were at Duke U. and scoring a goal vs. #2 Maryland Terrapins.  Brett red-shirted his sophomore year and later transferred to Liberty U. spring semester Junior year as a Business/ Marketing Major.  His first season with LU ended with his being named to the SELC All-Tournament Team as a Midfielder.  During the 2015 season Brett led the LU Flames as a team Captain to the Regional Semi-Finals and was named SELC STX Corey Noonan Offensive Player of the Year and All-Tournament Team.  At the National Championships Brett was named an MCLA 1st Team All-American at Midfield with 69 points (45 goals and 24 assists).  Fun Facts:  Brett loves all sports, hiking, cooking/barbecue, working with kids, driving hockey Zamboni, and playing ukelele.
