Biography

Professor Boyce joined the Liberty team in the Fall of 2021 with a background in business and the non-profit sectors. She served as a Vice President at Bank of America for ten years where she served in a variety of roles to include Associate Engagement, Learning & Leadership Development, and Social Media where she helped to launch the banks first social media presence on Twitter. In this role she received her name on a patent in partnership with Salesforce for the development of the social media servicing platform. She received numerous awards during her tenure to include the Award of Excellence honoring the top 1% of bank employees.

She has spent the last seven years in her role in Christian Radio at 88.7 The Bridge (Bridge of Hope) where she served as the Director of Donor Development. She managed several capital campaigns, annual funds and other initiatives helping the radio station grow each year in revenue, listenership and signals. She has helped to partner on community outreach efforts, concerts and events, working with many of our top Christian artists. She has contributed to publications shared socially on The Bridge of Hope’s pages, Christian Music Broadcasters and has been a guest speaker at women’s retreats and events.
