Biography

Jared Barber spent three years living in Natal, Brazil where he served as a missionary teacher, helping to integrate underprivileged youth into local churches.

Barber teaches all levels of Linguistics courses residentially, covering sub-disciplines from phonetics to pragmatics and typology. Recently, he also spent time in Mexico, acquiring graduate-level credentials to be able to teach Spanish.
