Liberty University's Testing Services provides students, faculty, staff and the community with high-quality testing and instructional assessment services. The center follows the National College Testing Association Professional Standards and Guidelines, as well as governmental regulations that promote responsible fiscal, legal, ethical and equitable practices.

Within this framework, the Testing Services strives to: 

  • Help students meet his or her needs for different programs
  • Provide a public service by offering computer-based and paper and pencil testing services 
  • Collaborate with faculty and administrators, other colleges and universities, testing companies and national organizations to keep abreast of all aspects related to our services 
  • Provide a quality testing environment that is clean, comfortable, quiet and user friendly 
  • Provide outstanding customer service 
  • Act as a repository of information for university testing activities and community testing needs

 All tests are non-refundable. Test-takers must adhere to Testing Services Policies & Procedures.

Finals Week Information

Make-up Exams

Contact your professor to confirm that you have permission to take a make-up test in Testing Services and that the test has been submitted through the Faculty Portal.

 Students will now have to schedule an appointment using LU Network starting this semester (Fall 2017). You will not be able to schedule an appointment to take a test in the same day. You must schedule your test at least 12 hours in advance.

Schedule Appointment

Navigate through the following steps:

  • Events
  • RSVP for Career Fairs & Workshops (on the left panel)
  • Type in Testing Services in the search box
  • Choose a day and time you can attend and then click RSVP for that day. 
  • Note: You will not be able to make an appointment within the same day, you must schedule at least 12 hours in advance. (Times listed under RSVP are the only times available.)

If you do not see these options, you may need to create an account before you can schedule an appointment.

ODAS Accommodations

If you are an approved ODAS student who requires a reader, please schedule an appointment with a reader.

 Students will now have to schedule an appointment through LU network to take these tests.

Note: Per IT, if trying to submit exams off campus, you will need to use either Firefox or Google Chrome.

College Credit Exams

Exams from Other Institutions

Testing Services is approved to proctor exams from other institutions. There is a fee of $25 for each proctored exam. Students must pay their exam fee ahead of time using the Testing Services Payment Portal.

National standardized tests are offered to Liberty students and the public. Registration is done by clicking the links above and may be with an outside testing company.
