No. In the midst of this new branding initiative, please DO NOT dispose of any current inventory. Use all of your remaining materials such as business cards, stationery, letterhead, office supplies, etc. You do not have to throw these items away; however, changes must be made for re-orders and all newly created materials.
By using this method of phasing out our current inventory, we hope to eliminate unnecessary waste. Moving forward, the Marketing Department and Printing Services can assist with any questions you have regarding updating inventory.
It is imperative that all Liberty University employees display the correctly branded signature in their emails for consistency and professionalism. To make this change, you must run the signature creator for the most up-to-date format and brand style. Please do not manually adjust your email signature.
If your email signature is not in compliance with the Liberty Email Signature Policy, please view the instructions on how to set up your Liberty email signature.

New workmarks have been created for departments within the colleges and schools. Each college, school, or departmental wordmark offers five unique options. Providing a variety of options allows the designer the opportunity to choose a version that will work best within the layout. The center-aligned wordmark must be used on backdrops, table cloths, and other recruitment pieces.
The brand update will occur in phases. Digital media must be compliant as of March 30. Current merchandise and inventory DOES NOT require immediate compliance.
