College For A Weekend - Registration

Register for College For A Weekend (CFAW) if you are a high school junior, senior or a transfer student between the ages of 15-24.  High school sophomores are eligible to attend CFAW during the spring semester. All students must submit a signed release form during CFAW check-in.

To register, create an event registration login name and password by selecting Create Student Account and following the directions.

• Students who have already been accepted to attend Liberty and have submitted their Confirmation Deposit will still need to create a Student login name and password for events.
• Students who are attending as part of a group still need to create their own event registration login name and password. Their group leaders will provide the group name that each student will need to enter on their registration.

Cost

CFAW Registration: $50*

This includes lodging, meals from Thursday evening dinner through Sunday lunch, most sporting activities and a concert ticket.  Payment is due at the time of registration, which must be done no later than the Friday before the CFAW event you plan to attend.

*Please note that there are no refunds for CFAW.  Payments can be made online, by phone or mail.

Bring a friend for half price!

All students who register and pay the $50 fee are eligible to bring a friend for half price*. Friends must also register under the paid student's account.  The concert ticket is not included in the half price discount and must be purchased at check-in.

*Offer not valid if student is riding a Liberty chartered bus.

Confirm and attend for free!

Any student who has applied and submitted the $250 Confirmation Deposit to attend Liberty is eligible to attend one complimentary CFAW. You will still need to register and you are not eligible to bring a friend for half price.

Parents/Family

Parent/Family Registration is free and includes a Parent Session with a continental style breakfast.  Indicate the number in your party on your student’s registration.

Students

If you have a friend or sibling who is a Liberty student with whom you'd like to stay with during CFAW, the Liberty student will need to make the request through their Resident Assistant. When you arrive for CFAW Check-In, the housing office will make sure you are placed in the right room.

Groups

Each group must be pre-registered under a group name.  Students in your group must register individually under that group name.

Group leader, create a student leader account login name and password under Event Registration.  Then create a group name and share this group name with each student who will be attending with your group.
