Being Still

The purpose of this group is to help students take time to be still in God's presence.

Stress Busting 101

This group helps students develop ways to manage and cope with daily life stressors utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions.

Relapse Prevention Groups

Group designed to support individuals in their ongoing recovery from substance use through skills building, sharing resources, and support from peers.  Participants will engage in weekly activities to bolster resilience in order to maintain sobriety.

Celebrate Recovery

Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, 12-step program that addresses any hurt, habit, or hang-up. Teaching offers recovery principles based on the Beatitudes of Jesus given at the Sermon on the Mount.
