Failure to comply with the Parking Rules and Regulations will result in the vehicle being towed at the registered owner’s expense.
All vehicles are required to park in a parking space that is NOT specially marked or reserved. Vehicles must be parked between two lines or space markers on a paved parking lot. While on campus, Vehicles must be parked in the areas designated by their decal type during Operating Hours (from 12 Midnight – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday). You may have to walk a distance OR ride the shuttle (the shuttle is only available during the Fall and Spring semesters) – so plan extra time. For shuttle information please go to the transit website.
Signed spaces and lots (including areas marked for visitors), are reserved for those specific individuals or departments.
Green diamonds, marked with an “RD” in the center of the diamond, are reserved parking for those individuals ONLY, at all times.
Spaces marked with a SILVER diamond are reserved for individuals with SILVER, Executive Decals (prefix “E”).
Spaces marked with a GREEN diamond are reserved for individuals with a SILVER, Executive or GREEN, Official Decal (prefix “O”) from 12:00 midnight – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday.
The following parking lots are reserved for LCA and TRBC students, faculty, and staff from 12:00 midnight – 4:30pm Monday – Friday: PTR1, PTR2, PTR3, and PTR4.
The PTR3 lot is reserved for ELC (Early Learning Center) parents (pickup and drop-off) from 6:30 am until 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, year-round.
The campus-wide speed limit is 15 MPH unless otherwise posted.

You will recieve a parking hangtag in the mail dated for the duration of your class. If you plan to park on campus, you will need to
If you will not have a vehicle you can simply return the unused hangtag at the Welcome Luncheon or drop it off at LUPD.
You may also receive a summary of the Parking Rules and Regulations and a Campus Map. Please note that your car will not be registered with LUPD until you’ve returned the bottom portion of the hangtag at the Welcome Luncheon.
Your parking hangtag will include the following parking prefix's and can also be found listed in a purple rectangle on the signs as you enter into the designated parking lots for that prefix type. You will need to make sure that at least one of these prefix's are posted on the sign to the lot that you park in.
Parking Prefix's: C1 and C2 – allow parking in PM03, PM04a, PM04b, PM08, PM18, Eagle Run, Liberty Lane, PN01a, PN01b, PN01c, PN02, PN07, PE03, PE05, and at Liberty Residential Annex. The C1 and C2 prefix will be listed in purple rectangles on the signs at the entrance of each of the designated lots that you are allowed to park in.
C1, C2, C3, C4, and C5 Decals also allow parking in the following lots ONLY DURING University Breaks (fall, winter, and spring) and the summer term: PM10a* and Carpool spaces in PM04b and PN02.
*The student section in PM10 (PM10a) is located to the right of the entrance to the lot.
The PM10b lot (in front of DeMoss) is reserved Monday – Friday until 6:30 PM and is not open to student vehicles during this time.
You have two business days to register your vehicle from the time it comes on campus.
These rules and regulations are subject to change at any time. Any changes to parking will be posted under the LU Official Announcements section of the Liberty Login Page.
The parking is the same for rental vehicles. You will have the same parking, and the same type of parking pass.

LUPD is located in Green Hall. We are next to Human Resources, and under the Law School.
The front desk of LUPD is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm.
The Front Desk of LUPD is not open on Sundays. You have two business days from the time your vehicle comes on campus to complete the registration process, by dropping off the bottom half of the hangtag.
The hangtag is only valid for one week. You will be able to get an additional pass the following week.
Your vehicle may be towed at your expense. LUPD does not issue warning tickets.
