If you are eligible to live off campus and wish to do so, log on to your ASIST account and complete an Off-Campus Application through MyHousing. Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email from the Office of Student Housing with information and instructions. (This email will be sent to your Liberty email address; it is recommended you save a copy of your confirmation email)
Please be aware that off campus approval is NOT final until you receive a confirmation email from the Office of Student Housing.
Because scholarships may be affected by changing your housing status, it is recommended that you check with the Financial Aid Office before making the decision to move off campus.
Remember . . . you must be 21 years of age by the end of the semester you wish to live off campus.
If you are under the required age, but you plan to live with an immediate family member, please print the Immediate Family Contract Agreement and submit a completed copy of the form to the Office of Student Housing separate from your online application.
If you will be getting married during the semester for which you are applying, please print and complete a Marriage Contract Agreement.
You may fax the form to 434-582-2138 or drop it by the Office of Student Housing in Residence Hall 17 (1st floor).
