The Army ROTC Four-Year Scholarship program is a highly-competitive national scholarship program available to students who are getting ready to graduate from high school (students usually apply during their senior year of high school). Upon successful completion of ROTC and baccalaureate degree requirements, graduates will be commissioned as a second lieutenant in the Active Army, Army Reserve, or the National Guard.
Current Liberty Students: Enrolled Cadets compete for various campus based scholarships each year among their peers. A limited number of two and three-year campus-based scholarships are available for students who have already graduated from high school, are full-time Liberty University students and are attending Military Science classes; you need to check with the Army ROTC Professor of Military Science (PMS) immediately to apply for one (the academic and medical and physical requirements/obligations are the same as the four-year scholarship requirements).
To apply online for a four-year scholarship:

Listing Liberty as one of your choices will enable us to monitor your application and help you with any questions. Because Liberty is a partnership university with the University of Virginia (UVA), if the drop-down menu does not allow you to list Liberty, click on UVA and then note in the remarks section of the application that Liberty University is one of the universities you are interested in attending.

After telephonic interviews are conducted, the individual universities hold selection boards and the PMS will select the individuals to be offered a scholarship to their school. Any offer of a scholarship is tied to the name of the university listed on your notification letter and cannot be used at another university.
