  • Worship Pastor / Creative Arts Director

Dove Award nominated song-writer and artist, Justin Kintzel, is the Worship Pastor and Creative Arts Director for Spiritual Programs at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. He leads worship for 10,000+ students three times a week in a service Liberty calls "Convocation", and once a week for the school's college service entitled "Campus Church" with around 3,5000 - 4,000 in attendance. In 2012, Justin released his first full-length record entitled "Death is Overcome" which received a four out of five star review in the September edition of Worship Leader Magazine. Justin also led and produced a live album and DVD with the Liberty Campus Band at Liberty University that released in April of 2013. Justin feels called to leading worship and plans to continue producing creative work on multiple platforms. Whether it’s with an arena full of sold-out college students or in the local church, Justin Kintzel's heart is to see people transformed by a direct encounter with God. He and his wife Ashley have two daughters and live in Lynchburg, Virginia.

  • Title coming soon!

Hello! I'm Ian MacIntyre and I have the privilege to serve on the Convocation Team. I serve the team by providing logistical support and an administrative perspective to our Convocation and Campus Church services. I graduated from Liberty with a Bachelors of Science in Religion in 2009 and a Masters of Arts in Religion in 2013. I love using my administrative gifts to further the ministry here at Liberty University!

I am so thankful for the education and spiritual training I received through Liberty University. As I look back on my time in college I can really see how God has used various ministries here at Liberty to mold and develop me spiritually.  I am so grateful for the opportunity to  serve in some of the ministries that have made me who I am today.

  • Executive Assistant to the Senior VP

Hello!  I am Melody Stone, and I have the privilege of serving both as an Assistant to our Senior Vice President of Spiritual Development, David Nasser, as well as a member of our Convocation Team.  I graduated from Liberty in 2012 with my Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration: Human Resource Management, and am currently pursuing my Masters’ Degree in Marketing.  I have a love for the world and sharing the good news of Christ, and can not wait for the day that every tribe and tongue will worship at His throne! (Rev. 7:9) I love to see the passion that Liberty students share for Christ, and am honored to be a part of this university family.

I am originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and there is not a day that goes by that I do not miss the ocean.  I now enjoy living in Lynchburg, VA and when I’m not in the office, you might find me studying, drinking multiple cups of coffee, running, hiking, traveling in general, playing music, and working with my local church.

Jake Holland | @jakeholla

  • Creative Arts Associate Director

Hey! I’m Jake Holland, and I have the fantastic privilege of serving with the Office of Spiritual Programs as the Creative Arts Associate Director. I assist in the creative & social media aspects of Convocation and Campus Church.

I graduated from Liberty in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication Arts degree (concentrated in Graphic Design) with a minor in Photography. I’m an avid social media junkie with a love for connecting with people from all walks of life. God has given me a passion for finding creative & humorous ways to interact with the world around me, whether face-to-face or through ridiculous looping Vine videos. I’m tremendously thankful for all the opportunities I’ve been given here at Liberty as an undergrad student and now as a full-time employee.

I’m originally from the Hampton Roads area of Virginia (specifically Poquoson) where my parents, sister, and brother-in-law still reside. I’ve lived in Lynchburg since 2009 and greatly enjoy being a part of this community.
