Biography:

Benjamin Laird has served in various churches and has had the opportunity to study at a number of institutions such as the University of St. Andrews, the University of Heidelberg, and the University of Aberdeen. His doctoral research at Aberdeen examined the publication and circulation of Paul’s letters in early Christianity. He grew up in suburban Denver, Colorado and moved to Lynchburg in the fall of 1994. He met his wife at Liberty University in 2002 and they were married the following year. They have four children and are expecting their fifth child in 2014.
