The Center for Ministry Training (CMT) works in partnership with the Liberty University Career Center to help connect students with potential job opportunities in various churches across North America. We believe that it is critical to connect potential students with opportunities to put into practice what they have been studying and we also believe that it is important to have a central location where students and potential employers can connect and meet.

Career Center Services

  1. Connect you with a network of employers, students, faculty and alumni who are in need of internships and full time positions
  2. Help you develop your academic and career goals through assessments, research and workshops
  3. Assist you in marketing and delivering your identity and experience – both academic and professional – through resume and interview reviews.

Students

Students are encouraged to walk in, call, or visit the Career Center website to begin the process of connecting.

  1. Go to the Career Center page
  2. Click "LU Network" on the left hand side
  3. Select "Find a Job"
  4. Sign in or create a new username (students who have previously had a LU Network account with the CMT can use the same account).
  5. Complete your profile and follow any remaining instructions from there.

Employers

Employers are also welcome to walk in to visit the Career Center (in the first floor Demoss area across from classroom 1113). If a visit is not possible you are welcome to either call the main office or connect through the website.

  1. Go to the Career Center page
  2. Click "LU Network" on the left hand side
  3. Select "Post a Job"
  4. Sign in or create a new username (accounts that were created through the LU Network on the CMT page can be used here).
  5. Post your available position to the LU Network and follow any remaining instructions from there.
