The Student Advocate Office (SAO) is a "one-stop" office for answers to all your questions.
It is normal for college students to have questions about financial aid, housing, account holds, balances, personal issues and roommate conflicts. We serve as a liaison for you to other departments to help you get your questions answered.
Our primary focus is to help each resident student from their first day at Liberty to graduation – whether through problem solving, peer counseling, one-on-one appointments, financial aid guidance, scholarship assistance or just a helping hand and listening ear, we are here for you.

Have you completed Financial Check-in (FCI)?
The 2014 Fall Financial Check-In deadline was June 3, 2014. After registering for at least 12 credit hours (full-time), please walk through FCI as early as possible to secure your housing assignment and class schedule. Please note that students who complete FCI after the deadline of June 3rd will be charged a $125 late-fee. If you have questions or concerns, please call the SAO at (434) 582-7200.
Student Advocate Office Closed July 25th
The Student Advocate Office will be closed on Friday, July 25th for Summer Orientation. We will reopen on Monday, July 28th at 9:00 am. You can email email@example.com and we will respond to your email upon our return.
