Providing oversight and management for all construction projects at Liberty University, the Planning & Construction department applies world-class strategic planning to individual projects as well as to the performance of the entire campus.
In cooperation with key players like engineers, architects, and contractors, our department ensures that every university project meets the appropriate building codes, addresses the needs of the end user, and falls within the established budget.
