Military Tuition Assistance Deadlines
Liberty University’s academic school year consists of three terms: fall, spring, and summer. Terms consist of three eight-week sub-terms, and one semester-long sub-term which can range from fourteen to seventeen weeks in length.

Please note: If you are registered for several sub-terms, your Financial Check-in deadline will be the date of the last sub-term for the entire semester. However in order to recieve this extended Financial Check-in deadline, your first sub-term of enrollment should be financially secured by Tuition Assistance, Financial Aid, or out of pocket payment, whichever applies to your situation.
- Students registered for intensives should follow the dates of the ‘A’ sub-term listed below due to TA grade and invoicing policies.
