At Liberty University, we understand that needing a study place to complete assignments is a necessity. Listed below are the available study options where you and your classmates can go to work on projects, have quiet study time, and a place to relax.
The Hancock Welcome Center has available space on its terrace level for students to go to study, complete team projects, or to learn more about the campus. Enjoy its scenic view and welcoming environment.
Here we also offer a variety of services to help you get to know the campus. Would you like to see campus while you’re here? Schedule a driving tour with a HWC representative, which is specifically designed for online students. This tour takes place on Sunday afternoons typically at 4 p.m. and last 1 hour.
Our beautiful, state of the art library features a four storybook tower with 3 robotic cranes used for book retrieval, areas zoned for quiet and deep quiet study, and rooms available for group projects (reserve a room).
Many of our students prefer to use the Library for study due to the availability of reserving private study rooms to conduct video and group projects.
Recently built, our Montview Student Union provides students with areas to eat, study, and have fun! If you have time for a break while studying on one of its three floors, you can walk down to the terrace level to play a few games of bowling. After, on the first floor, you can enjoy delicious pizza, Mediterranean, or Asian food.
If you need a place to work while you're here, check out our Computer Labs in the Jerry Falwell Library or DeMoss Hall. Also, make sure to visit our IT Marketplace while you're here! Additional information is below.
The IT Marketplace, an Apple Authorized Campus Store, offers education pricing to students through Apple, Dell, and Lenovo and is open for you to stop in and shop while you are on campus. The Marketplace is located right next to the Computer Labs in DeMoss Hall Room 2414. The IT HelpDesk office is also located within the store, so you can get extra support while you are there.
If you need to speak with the Financial Aid, Registrar, Military Affairs or Student Accounts Office, you may visit them in the Student Service Center located in Green Hall.
Please note that not all eateries will be open during your intensive. To check available options click here!
