Need a Flames Pass?

Submit your photo online two weeks before your intensive starts, we’ll mail it to you! You can also request to pick it up when you get here! Otherwise, stop by our office with your government-issued ID while you’re here.

Use your Flames Pass to relax after class – at no cost!

• Exercise, lift weights, or attend a class at the LaHaye Recreation & Fitness Center
• Ski, snowboard, or tube at Snowflex
• Go swimming at David’s Place on-campus

Dining options

• On-campus students: your meals at Reber Thomas Dining Hall are included in your housing cost
• Off-campus students: Save money by purchasing a meal plan at ID & Campus Services or add Flames Cash!*

*Just remember, Flames Cash may only be used at participating merchants on-campus and off-campus, so purchase only what you will spend while you’re here.
