Follow the instructions below to receive and set up your Higher One Card and OneAccount.
Your Higher One Card is automatically delivered to your mailing address in ASIST 5-7 business days after you complete Financial Check-In.
Activate your Higher One Card in order to receive your refunds. Information for activating your Higher One Card is included with the card when it arrives. Call Higher One Customer Service with any activation problems.
The OneAccount is a checking account and is subject to the compliance of the Patriot Act, which requires all bank account holders in the United States to verify their identity. You may verify your identity by doing one of the following:
-Seal your ID documentation in an envelope and drop it into the Higher One Communication Drop Box located outside the Student Service Center in Green Hall. No postage necessary.
-Fax your ID documentation to 866-309-7443. OR
-Mail your ID documentation to the address below.
