Get Your Flames Pass
The Flames Pass is your official Liberty University ID card and the key to many services and activities both on and off campus. See the Use Your Flames Pass page for more details. Be sure to get your Flames Pass when you become part of the Liberty family!
To get your Flames Pass,
you must:
Students
- Claim Your Liberty Email
- Complete Financial Check-In
Faculty & Staff
- Claim Your Liberty Email
- Complete new hire paperwork

Visit Card ServicesBring the following to the Card Services Office to get a Flames Pass in person: Students
Faculty & Staff

*Acceptable forms of ID are a current state-issued driver’s license or permit, state ID, military ID, or passport.
If you do not have any form of government ID, you MUST present an original birth certificate, social security card, and a bill/statement mailed to your address on file with the university before a Flames Pass will be issued.
