Important information you need to know about your
- If you chose EASY REFUND as your refund preference, the OneAccount was automatically opened if a refund was released, and you have an open checking account.
- If you have an open OneAccount, you are welcome to continue using it after you graduate.
- The OneAccount will remain open until you request it be closed.
- If you would like to close your OneAccount, call Higher One Customer Service at 866-545-8663 (the number found on the back of your Liberty OneCard) to make your request.
- If you would like to opt out of receiving email notifications from Higher One, contact Customer Service at the number above for assistance.
