“Chronicle” features Liberty’s future ski slope

“The Chronicle of Higher Education” recently featured a story on Liberty University’s highly anticipated snow-free ski slope.

“Liberty U.’s Downhill Plunge” talks about the project, the first Snowflex ski slope in the United States, scheduled to be completed by 2009.

“The Chronicle,” based in Washington, D.C., is a main source of news, information, and jobs for college and university faculty members and administrators.

The ski slope is part of a larger initiative called “Ultimate LU,” to boost recreational activities on the growing campus. For more on the ski slope and other Ultimate LU activities, click here.
