Liberty University Club Sports welcomed three new members to its Hall of Fame during its second annual induction ceremony Friday night in the Hancock Welcome Center.

Corey Walyuchow and Jeremy Kortright, who helped keep Liberty’s men’s hockey and lacrosse teams going, respectively, by serving as player-coaches in the mid-1990s, and Dave Semenyna, the Flames’ top scorer in hockey history, were honored for their roles in helping grow the university’s Club Sports program.

Today, Liberty has 35 teams in its thriving Club Sports program, competing in ice hockey, lacrosse, wrestling, equestrian, triathlon, crew, volleyball, and more. Last year, over 20 teams competed at the national level.
