Cheerleading squad wins third straight CCA national title

The Liberty University cheerleading squad recently brought home another trophy after clinching the grand champion title in the Christian Cheerleaders of America (CCA) Nationals on March 7 in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Liberty’s coed team consists of 11 men and 10 women. Liberty will participate in another national tournament, the National Cheerleaders Association’s Collegiate Cheer and Dance Championship, in Daytona Beach, Fla., on April 11. The Flames will compete in the partner stunt competition.
