The Liberty University Softball Team picked up its first-ever win over an SEC opponent on Friday night, downing the Arkansas Razorbacks, 5-2, on the first day of the Dot Richardson Invitational at the National Training Center in Clermont, Fla.
The Lady Flames even their season record at 3-3 with their second win of the tournament. The team is scheduled to play two games on Saturday, starting with a 4 p.m. contest against South Dakota State, followed by Middle Tennessee State at 6:30 p.m.
