Former Virginia governor to visit Liberty University

Former Virginia Gov. Jim Gilmore will visit the Liberty University campus on Friday.

Gilmore, a Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Sen. John Warner, will be the guest of LU College Republicans.

He is scheduled to speak at 6 p.m. in Room 1101 of the DeMoss Learning Center. Gilmore will take questions from students following his address.
