Rev. James Robison to speak at Baccalaureate Service

The Rev. James Robison will deliver the keynote address at Liberty University’s Baccalaureate Service on Friday, May 12, the night before Commencement. Robison has spent the last 55 years spreading the Gospel around the world. He has spoken face-to-face to more than 20 million people in  hundreds of citywide evangelistic outreaches and has personally inspired religious, political, and business leaders across five decades. James and his wife, Betty, reach millions every year through their ministry LIFE Outreach International, which includes their television ministry, LIFE TODAY, and highly effective mission outreaches.

Currently, LIFE ministers in 50 nations on six continents by lending support to its mission partners. In addition to evangelism, Robison has focused his efforts on feeding people in crisis situations, drilling water wells, establishing orphanages and schools, building homes for the homeless, and rescuing women and children from sex trafficking.

“I am beyond excited to visit Liberty University again for their Baccalaureate,” Robison said. “Liberty is truly a gift from God. I have seen it rise from very humble beginnings and witnessed Dr. Jerry Falwell’s efforts to turn a little patch of land into a world-renowned, Bible-centered institution of education. I am thrilled and impressed at the tremendous growth under the wise guidance of President Falwell. It is an honor to speak to these bright young minds.”

The Baccalaureate Service will take place at Liberty’s Vines Center at 6 p.m.
