Liberty Law will soon offer online master’s degrees

Liberty University School of Law will offer three master’s-level programs online — a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Legal Studies, a Juris Master (J.M.) in American Legal Studies, and a J.M. in International Legal Studies — with the intention of offering classes late in the fall of 2015, pending approval by SACSCOC.

The degrees will benefit professionals in many fields who want to gain legal knowledge to enhance their careers.

The American Bar Association (ABA) granted permission for the programs to commence. Though the ABA does not formally approve degree programs other than a Juris Doctor (J.D.), the association granted acquiescence, a process that essentially states it has no objection to the program.
