Justin is a Liberty alum and has worked at Liberty for over nine years. He is a skilled framer, carpenter, and carpet installer. With expertise in so many areas, Justin’s contribution to the Projects Crew is invaluable. He has a wonderful work ethic and does his best every day. We are grateful for all you do, Justin!

Matt Brenneman

Title: Junior Supervisor Facilities

Matt has been with the Liberty Facilities family for two years. In that time, he has quickly become a vital part of our team. Matt is also working on his degree at Liberty and does an excellent job of balancing his studies and his job. He is great at prioritizing daily tasks for the workers under him. He also oversees many work orders that come in for special events, athletics, and specialty cleaning jobs. Matt is dedicated and determined to always do his best. The Liberty family is blessed to have him.

Santria Brown

Title: Office Manager, SECS

Santria has become the face of the School of Engineering & Computational Sciences. When visitors arrive, it is her welcoming smile that greets them. When students are in need, she fields all issues and concerns and directs students to the faculty or staff member who can best serve them. When unexpected problems come up, Santria calmly navigates the storm and finds a solution. She is a critical member of our leadership team.

Brad Burgess

Dept: Academics
Title: Online Chair, CGS

Brad serves as an online chair in the College of General Studies, where he oversees the philosophy and cultural studies offerings. Brad has navigated countless difficult situations with grace, ease, and his trademark pastoral approach. When there is a difficult situation or problem to be resolved, we always want him in the room. Brad also serves as our Faculty Curriculum Council representative, managing mountains of paperwork without complaint or argument. Our team is stronger because of Brad; his perspective and willingness to serve push us all to be better.

Erin Franklin

Dept: Enrollment Management
Title: Executive Assistant

Erin has served as the executive assistant to Dr. Larry Hoezee and the Resident Enrollment Department for two and a half years. She is essential to daily operations, and works with various departments throughout the university on a regular basis. She is a servant at heart with a passion that encourages others to find creative ways to support our mission. During the recent transition of the LUO offices to the Nationwide building, Erin was appointed to manage the River Ridge location, organizing the daily tasks and responsibilities of the employees. The university is blessed to have such a hardworking and passionate employee serving our team!

Gabrielle Gearhart

Title: Administrative Assistant

Gabby has been an administrative assistant to the Student Counseling Services team since last August and has become an integral part of our team. Gabby is intentional and shows great care for our students. She is dedicated and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that our operations are running smoothly. Additionally, we know that everyone who comes through our doors will be met with kindness and warmth, and they can rest assured that they are in good hands. Gabby has done a remarkable job handling all of the different tasks that come her way. Gabby, thank you for all you do!

Title: Recycling Tech

Gary has been with Liberty for over four years and is the go-to guy for the recycling program. He works hard to ensure that recycling materials are correctly sorted from the residence halls and offices. Gary is very organized and willing to go above and beyond for his customers. Jonah Jabour

Title: Unit Production Manager

Jonah serves as the unit production manager for Game On and plays a vital role in the success of the program. He is a talented producer and videographer and creates top-quality feature stories. Jonah also operates the camera at many of our LFSN live broadcasts. His work ethic and commitment to excellence are a great example to our team. He is a hardworking man with a godly character, and we are blessed to have him as a leader on the team.

Crystal Miller

Title: Academic Progress Analyst

Crystal joined our team at the Registrar’s Office in Fall 2012, and she has demonstrated a great work ethic, a welcoming personality, and servant-leadership. Crystal is a great role model to the team and works diligently to ensure that every project is completed efficiently and accurately. Faculty and staff consistently praise Crystal for her excellent customer service, communication skills, and expertise. She is a blessing not only to our office, but also to Liberty University as a whole. We are very thankful to have her on our team!

Colin Plank

Title: Developer III

As a senior developer for IT Development, Colin has obtained extensive application development expertise over the last five years. Marquee qualities of Colin’s leadership include his quiet confidence and unshakeable patience when training new team members and working through development roadblocks. Colin always takes the time to listen and carefully contemplate the ideas and opinions of others, which creates a successful team environment. When needed, Colin will investigate and successfully implement new technologies that provide needed services for Liberty University. Colin balances ongoing operational support for his client’s existing applications and is the senior lead on a new development initiative.

Taleah Wheeler

Title: Business Data Analyst II

As a business data analyst for the IT Department, Taleah has taken on a lot of our team's high-priority work for customers, including rushed email requests and business process updates. She completes work within shortened time frames — even if she has to stay late to meet deadlines. Taleah assists with managing the team’s workload and task assignments. She takes initiative and has recently become the point of contact for our team.
