Director of Marketing, Public Relations, and Web-Operations
Graduating in 2005 and employed by his alma mater, Gardner-Webb University (GWU), Christopher served within the Office of Media Relations as the Communications Specialist. For three years, he produced promotional video packages for the university; affiliated university programs, such as the Lilly Youth Program; and the community, including the local Rotary Club. In 2008, Chris transitioned to Lynchburg, Virginia, and started his first position at Liberty University, serving as the Director of Public Affairs for the School of Law. Serving a little over five years at the School of Law, he oversaw marketing opportunities, operated all lecture-capture technology, invited local and national speakers, maintained the website, photographed law student events and competitions, and designed three Liberty Legal Journal print publications.
In the summer of 2013, Christopher became the Director of Marketing, Public Relations, and Web-Operations for Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Working closely with the Office of the Dean, he assists in the promotions of the college through marketing opportunities, public relations and web updates, and works closely with the main offices of the university to ensure the vision and mission of the medical school is fulfilled.
In the fall of 2013, he was given an opportunity to travel to Las Vegas, Nevada, to promote the school for the very first time at the annual Osteopathic Medical Conference and Exposition sponsored by the American Osteopathic Association.
