Associate Director of Student Services
Mr. Smith serves as the Associate Director of Student Services for the College of Osteopathic Medicine (COM). For such a role, his training began at Liberty University in 2007, in the office of Enrollment Management. There he served as a Resident Admission counselor, National Recruiter, Operations Coordinator, and VIP Guide. Mr. Smith completed his Bachelor’s degree in 2011.
Mr. Smith credits his father as his personal influence to be a part of the Liberty family. "My father was a long-time friend and faithful supporter of the university founder, the late Rev. Dr. Jerry Falwell, Sr. He also served on the LU Board of Trustees in the mid-eighties." Mr. Smith has a personal goal to increase the welfare through the provision of service excellence, goodwill and due-diligence in a distinctly Christian, professional environment for every student in a manner that promotes the mission and vision of LUCOM, as well as, the overall advancement of Osteopathic Medicine.
Mr. Smith moved back east from Montana late 2003 after several years of exploring the outdoors and considers himself blessed to be married to his wife (Ronny) and father to his son (Parker).
