Certificate of Concentration in Taxation

Explore the areas of federal taxation typically encountered in law practice, including individual income tax, business taxation (including S corporation, C corporation, and partnership tax), and estate and gift taxation. The concentration also incorporates real-world application by requiring students to complete 15 hours of service in Liberty Law’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.

To earn your Certificate of Concentration in Taxation, you must complete the following courses with a grade of B+ or higher:

  • Taxation of Businesses
  • Taxation of Estates and Gifts
  • Taxation of Individuals
